O apto é muito bonito, limpo, bem equipado e decorado. As roupas de cama e toalhas são de excelente qualidade. Cozinhei todos os dias durante minha estada e os equipamentos, louças e panelas são novos e seguros. A área externa é parcialmente coberta, tem rede e plantas (que eu adoro). A comunicação com o Rodrigo é rápida e ele é muito prestativo. O apto é perto de tudo, shopping, restaurantes, parada de ônibus, padarias. É na zona central da cidade, tem alguns muros pixados por perto, mas não se preocupe, à noite tudo é bem iluminado e não tive nenhuma sensação de insegurança.
Foi tudo ótimo. O sofá poderia ser um pouco mais confortável, para estadas curtas não chega a ser um problema.

Casa aconchegante, e bem localizada.
Não tinha ar condicionado, e estava bem quente no dia. Embora no anúncio dizer que tinha ar condicionado, o proprietário informou que não havia sido instalado.
