Eine authentische italienische Wohnung direkt im Zentrum, nah am Strand und fußläufig zum Bahnhof und allen Restaurants. Die Schallschutzfenster dämpfen den Verkehr auf der Hauptstraße effektiv. Die Besitzerin ist eine äußerst liebenswerte, charmante und immer hilfsbereite Person, der Kontakt war herzlich und unkompliziert.
Die Enge und steile Treppe zu der im 3. Stock gelegenen Wohnung ist mit Koffern eine Herausforderung

Es war sehr gemütlich. Alles war vorhanden. Sogar eine Heizung oder auch die Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist Mega. Man ist sofort am Strand und auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind top.
Die steilen Treppen könnten ein Problem für ältere oder unfite Personen sein. Und auch im Gang riecht es etwas muffig. Die Aussicht auf die Antenne ist nicht so prickelnd / aber man kann gut lüften- das ist wirklich top - bei Essensgeruch.
