We absolutely loved the house and, overall, really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, modern, spotless, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you could need. The location is fantastic, directly opposite the shopping complex, which was so convenient. The games room was a real highlight and something we all thoroughly enjoyed.

There were a few smaller things that could be improved. There was no shower gel provided, only empty bottles, and there were no paper towels, just an empty holder. The TV in the main bedroom was also not working. It would also be useful to have a pair of scissors available in the house. Unfortunately, the end of our stay was the biggest disappointment and left us uncomfortable. The manager advised us that the pool guy would be coming. When he arrived, he did not greet us or explain what he was there to do — he simply proceeded to clean the pool and then left. That same morning, the manager messaged us to confirm that our checkout was the following morning at 10:00.Great House and Location, But Privacy Was an Issue Later that day, the pool guy returned and told us that we needed to leave and that we should have already been out by 10:00. I explained that our checkout was only the following morning, as clearly confirmed by the manager. His manner was rude and obnoxious, which made the situation even more unpleasant. The following morning, the cleaner arrived at around 9:00 while we were still there and had an hour remaining before our confirmed checkout time. This was a serious privacy concern for us. We felt rushed and as though we could no longer enjoy our final morning in the house privately, even though we were entitled to be there until 10:00. The manager had also indicated that we could leave later and that the cleaner would be there, so we did not expect to feel pressured or uncomfortable before checkout. We completely understand that the property needs to be prepared for the next guests, but guests’ privacy and the agreed checkout time should be respected. It’s genuinely a shame because the house itself was excellent, the games room was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the property and its location. With a few small improvements and better communication around checkout, it could be a fantastic stay.

Spacious, great facilities and location.

Everything was great but the pool and the games room was what made our stay exceptional.
