La Lunaria di Lajatico

Mimo, że w ofercie napisane było o dostępności kawy to na miejscu okazało się, że są tylko 3 kapsułki a to zbyt mało na 6 pobyt dla kogoś kto pije kawę codziennie. Musiałem kupić w lokalnym sklepie.

Views are exceptional, beautiful home is on top of the hill. Best location - just a short walk to Lajatico. Parking place nearby, and car can go close to room doors for (un)loading of bags. Good nets on windows to prevent mosquitos. Good and almost silent cooling, good sleep in hot summer. Nice pool. Fully equip. kitchen with normal size fridge. Truly wonderful place to spend a few days in silence. We were listening in the evening Maestro Bocelli as he was preparing for the grand concert in Teatro del Silenzio that was nearby.

1. TV was broken, only sound no video 2. Shower drain was blocked by hair of previous visitors, we cleaned that to get shower working 3. There is iron but no ironing board, the owners advised to iron putting towels on the main table 4. Thermostat would help in the shower. The instant gas based water heater was not able to keep constant temperature, it was turning on/off in cycles, hot water temperature always changing so reserve one hand to regulate water temperature while in shower 5. Toilet seat was different size/model than toilet and not fixed firmly, falling down by half centimeter if turned a bit.. 6. There is no sound insulation, Italian mother teaching kids how to behave was heard clearly :), same when neighbours go to shower/toilet early in the morning 7. Standard 230V socket at parking place would help EV travelers 8. Dryer was not working (washing machine was OK) 9. Pool use is not allowed after 20:00 (23:00 would be better). Cleaning robot had priority over romantic late evening swimming (the pool was well lit and no sounds reach living rooms, it is down the hill) These are small details. Scoring all +- we decided the properly is worth high SuperB rating.

Apartment with modern stylish furniture! Good beds! Aircondition in all rooms! Architechtonical ramped court yard with fantastic swimming pool. Athmospheric outdoor hangout area with spectacular 270 panoramic view. Very friendly and helpful host. Peaceful rural hoods with easy access to nearby villages and cities.

Perhaps, a possible sun shade for car parking?

Logement bien placé pour visiter la région. Vue magnifique sur la nature. Facile d'accès.

Suggestions : ce serait bien d'avoir un peu d'épices dans la cuisine: sel, poivre.. 2-3 capsules de café pour le 1er jour.
