Step into Terraces , a warm and inviting ski-in/out condo designed for comfort and convenience in the heart of Mountain Village. The open living area welcomes you with plush seating, a stone fireplace, and large windows that frame mountain views. A private balcony extends the space outdoors, perfect for morning coffee or après-ski relaxation. The fully equipped galley kitchen features stainless steel appliances, ample cookware, and a breakfast bar, flowing into a dining area ideal for shared meals. The main suite offers a king bed, oversized windows, a flat-screen TV, and a private en suite. The second bedroom includes a double bunk setup, perfect for kids or extra guests. Both rooms feature fresh linens and updated mattresses for restful sleep. Modern updates include refinished floors, new living chairs, and a heated toilet seat in the primary bathroom. With a washer/dryer, high-speed internet, and thoughtful touches throughout, this home is a stylish retreat for families and adventurers alike. You will have access to complimentary Dial-A-Ride shuttle service.

Like many homes in Mountain Village, this home does not have air conditioning. Fans are provided throughout the home.
Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to protect their trip. Our cancellation and refund policies apply in all circumstances, and we are unable to offer refunds for events outside of our control, including but not limited to weather events, natural disasters, illness, flight delays or cancellations, road closures, or personal emergencies. Travel insurance can help cover these unforeseen situations and provide peace of mind.

Parking: Free parking for 1 vehicle only.
Ski-In/Ski-Out: Direct ski access is available, but trail openings depend on conditions—guests should check trail maps and snow reports.

This property never disappoints! The location is fantastic; ski-in/ski out convenience, beautiful views and Chondola access is steps away allowing easy and quick access to the core of the Mountain Village and Gondola to downtown Telluride. Dedicated parking comes with the unit which is always appreciated. The condo is beautiful and so comfortable. Very well equipped, for a true home away from home experience. The unit is immaculate; everything is clean and well maintained. It is a great value for the price paid. The property managers were awesome! We had a coffee pot that was not working and after reaching out, they had a replacement to our front door in less than an hour. They even left us a back-up unit in case we experienced any other issues. We had stayed in this condo before and we will be back again next winter! I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for accomodations in the Mountain Village anytime of the year.
