In winter, you're just steps from the Chondola and two lifts—perfect for accessing ski terrain or riding into the Mountain Village Core for dining and après ski. Summer guests will love the proximity to the golf course, hiking trails, and scenic views from the patio.
The boutique complex sits quietly beside Big Billies Trail, offering a peaceful yet connected location ideal for couples, families, or small groups.

Getting Around:
Mountain Village Dial - A - Ride service to get around town. Each reservation is limited to 8 rides. Use the free chondola system for access to Telluride or explore the nearby trail network. Operates 7am-midnight. For those driving, one garage parking space is provided.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
