About this apartment rental
Important please read. Building was just closed for one year for concrete restoration. There is still construction in some areas. The pool is open as well as the beach access. This place is for any laid back people looking for a clean place to stay for Biketoberfest. Please, please, please ask us any questions before booking. I am happy to explain more. Thank you! AMAZING studio steps away from the World’s Most Famous Beach! Inside you will find a queen-size bed, a large comfortable couch that turns into a bed for two people, a private full bathroom, and a full kitchen. There is also a flat-screen tv with many channels and free Wi-Fi. There is a heated pool, spa, small gym, free ice machine, vending machines, game room, and pay-per-use laundry. All of this is close to many shops and restaurants, what a great way to vacation!

It was clean. The pool and hot tub were great. It was so nice to grab a towel and head straight to the beach. I like the actual key secured gates, instead of swiping a card or punching a code on a keypad. The sofa folded out into a double bed. It was great for my college kid to sleep. He didnt have to squeeze in a twin bed.. If I come back to Daytona, I would stay here again. Great value.

Pictures all showed beach view, nothing in description that it wasn't. I didn't mind, but I had my hopes up on a lovely beach view. Everything was good for the price. Floor needs dinner repair near the closet.

The pool and hot tub was clean, warm and cozy! Beautiful views and very relaxing. The room was pristine, clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Easy check in and out. Would highly recommend.

Nice place right on the beach. Short walk to Main Street. Great restaurants, right next-door. Clean well-maintained very comfortable bed. If we’re in the neighborhood again, we will definitely stay there if it’s available.
