Recently newly remodeled condo. This ocean view on the water condo offers accommodations for 4-6 people. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable queen bed, queen sofa bed, inflatable bed,counter table for 2, new 55” tv, with cable, free wifi, laundary on site, outdoor adult pool and kid pool. Plenty of storage space. Linens and towels included. walking distance to Daytona Lagoon, 5 min drive to NASCAR and walking distance from all restaurants.

When we pulled in my heart sank, I thought I must have been whodooed but what’s one to do now? We went to the door and when it opened I was pleasantly surprised the place was nice and just as pictured! The outside is an old hotel converted to condos. The grounds were clean and well kept. The location is good and it was quiet. We slept well and enjoyed the comfort of this quaint cozy little studio condotel! Hands cleanest floors ever!!

Cozy comfortable room. Please advise building owners that the fire alarm system was in trouble and panel alerted all day and night. Could be heard in room location. Recommend service to have trouble alerts corrected. Elevator has not been inspected in over five years. Recommend testing by officials. Room was nice and clean, but the building is not compliant to life safety code.

Room was clean and close to everything!We have nothing bad or negative to say about the unit.Only downfall is the club across the street tends to be a little loud throughout most of the night. Which can get a little irritating if you have an early morning. So rating is purely for location

The location was great. We had trouble getting in. We also had problems with the air conditioning one first night. Otherwise a great place to stay.
