Clean room, updated shower, big refrigerator, Kuerig coffee maker, a small microwave. Two queen sized beds, I believe and a futon that two small kids may sleep on or one adult. Only bring one car because you get a parking pass and they are looking to tow any cars that don't have a pass. Overnight parking was hard to find and 0.6 miles away from room. There is a window view of the beach from the third floor. Otherwise to get to the beach, there's an access on bottom floor. Pool has ten feet on the deep end. That was nice for my older adult kids. Host responsive. Easy check in and out.

The rug in the bathroom about took me out I just got out of the shower and it slid out from under me I'm fine but it could have been worse everything else was great thank you
