    The room is clean, well-equipped, and practical: microwave, dishes, a rooftop FREE washer/dryer with detergent provided, and a filtered water refill station — all genuinely convenient, especially for longer stays. The building is old but renovated and feels fresh and modern. A fun detail: the ground floor is a coffee shop, and you access your room by walking through it to the elevator — a quirky, charming touch. However, the check-in process was a serious issue. I arrived late at night to find the building locked after 6 PM with no access code. I never received the check-in instructions because the host confused my booking platform and sent the information to the wrong channel. I only got in because another guest happened to arrive at the same time and let me into the lobby and there was the host's contact information. I was nearly stranded without a room for the night! The keypad entry system is also overly sensitive and easy to mis-enter, which I saw frustrate multiple guests. On my second night, guests were mistakenly given my room number and attempted to enter after midnight — waking me up hours before an early morning tour. A stressful situation that should never happen. Housekeeping starts at 8:30 AM and is quite noisy in the hallways. Despite a Do Not Disturb sign, the maid knocked anyway. Even on checkout day, after I'd confirmed a noon departure with the host, she knocked at 10 AM wanting to clean. Bottom line: The space is comfortable, the amenities are solid, and the vibe is charming. I'd recommend it for the value — but host communication, the check-in system, and staff attentiveness all need real improvement.

    I booked Cubicity Wallstreet House and was finally assigned to Cubicity Metro House, these are in two different locations but both in District 1. It turned out to be better location as it was near Ben Thanh Market, the bank, mini stop and good restaurants. We also just walked to the Bitexco Tower and Skydeck, to see The Cafe Apartment, Ho Chi Minh Statue, even the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Post Office. But it was already far out to walk back, so we booked a Grab, the bus took long to arrive to the bus stop and we were already hungry. Anyway, the place is very clean, smells good, very affordable, it has an elevator and stairs, we were all accommodated without additional costs, the staff and owner was very accommodating, too. Pay at hotel means pay in cash, the value is that price when you booked which is convenient for me. Our group of 14 was accommodated in 3 rooms. We can stay here again :)
