About this villa rental
Villa Eva is a spacious villa with a wonderful garden.
From April 2017 as a new addition we will have a pool size 8x4 (maximum depth 1,50 mt) with all the modern comforts and an area by the pool to relax and sunbathe.
Also we opened another area of the Villa for our guests that allows high level of privacy with independent entrance, lounge, kitchen, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a wonderful terrace overlooking the front garden and the swimming pool.
The property is located 300 meters from the nearest beach and it is fully equipped with what guests need to enjoy their holiday.
Also we have a new outdoor play area for the children with swings and slide, a lovely wooden playhouse.
Villa Eva has been completely renovated with attention to details, the house is full of accessories for the guests to use and lots of toys for families traveling with children.
The owner of this villa worked several years in the UK tourism business therefore focused on the importance of details and a tailor made service to welcome all guests requests.

My husband and children had the most amazing experience and Eva’s Villa. We were welcomed by our hosts as soon as we arrived. The location and cleanliness of the property were outstanding. But we got a true feel for the Sardinian way with our interactions with the hosts. Baia Sardinia is an amazing place to visit. And the villa did not disappoint. We look forward to returning soon

We were very happy in the villa. Eva was a great host. Several restaurants and beaches are very close, the seven Pines hotel has two very nice restaurants, too. The only downside is that the property is at the road which is somewhat noisy, but that comes with a territory of being close to many spots, so we would still give it full points. The garden is very nice and especially for smaller children virtually everything is here!

Lovely traditional villa, well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Seperate apartment for extra space if required. Outside and pool is outstanding. Lovely patio and balcony area. Great and safe for children. Would love to come back, exceptionally clean! Good location close to sea front with shops bars and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Eva, everything was uncomplicated and the beach closeby was beautiful! The room layout would be perfect for a family with grand parents - the top apartment has a separate entrance. Thank you!
