The Viziinou Artist Apartment was created with the comfort of a private residence combined with a thoughtful approach to design and amenities under one roof. Within steps from green parks and the train, the residence is conveniently located within 20 min. from the historic city center. Meant to be a reprieve from the hustle of the city but close enough to all the diverse experiences the city of Athens has to offer, the residence was created with a fully immersive experience in mind.
The residence, Viziinou Artist Apartment, was recently renovated with a great sense of style and design, paying homage both to the well-known Greek architect that built the property, Dimitris Pikionis and Georgios Vizyinos, a highly influential writer and poet in Greek literature, in which the street is named after. We approached the design of the space to reflect the golden age of 1950’s Athens, with modern-day amenities and comfort.
Meant to inspire creativity while acting as a reprieve from the bustling city center, the residence is a comfortable and inviting 58 sqm with original architectural details, lots of light and offers all of the essential comforts needed for a short or long-term stay.
Featuring a living room with dining area, a spacious entrance for multi-purpose use and a fully equipped kitchen, the master bedroom has a queen bed along with a full bathroom. Each room of the apartment opens up to the small balcony overlooking a green and quiet oasis.
