The bathroom is modern and well-ventilated, equipped with a bidet shower, hair dryer, and exhaust fan—offering all the essentials for your well-being.

The condominium's pool and gym are freely accessible during your stay. The pool typically closes on Mondays for treatment, but the condominium administration may close it on other days of the week for maintenance.
The use of co-working spaces, meeting rooms, massage room, and party hall is by prior reservation and may involve an additional fee.
The condominium also provides a laundry area with washer and dryer (additional cost).
During the Salvador Carnival period, the use of the parking space is restricted and cannot be used by guests. This is due to the vehicle circulation restrictions imposed by the Salvador City Council.
Communication with guests is conducted as promptly as possible to make them feel welcomed, both through the platform and by phone.

The Barra neighborhood is one of the iconic landmarks of the city of Salvador. Traditional and modern at the same time, it is famous for Salvador's Carnaval. Barra has undergone revitalization, and the traffic on the main avenue has been modified to create a perfect promenade for strolling and exercising. The neighborhood is filled with cafes, bars, restaurants, acarajé vendors, as well as banks, shops, bakeries, markets, and a comprehensive infrastructure with everything the guest needs. One of Salvador's best and oldest shopping malls, Shopping Barra, is within walking distance. With the infrastructure in place, guests can easily explore everything on foot.
