Prestigious Luxury Beach & Bay Patios XL Size

Upon our arrival, we immediately discovered one of the beds in the bedroom was broken, and we required repair. As a result. I spent approximately six hours coordinating with the maintenance technician while the bed was being fixed, which significantly disrupted the beginning of our stay additionally, when I attempted to use the dishwasher for the first time it malfunctioned and leaked water across the kitchen floor. I spent the entire evening cleaning up water and addressing the resulting mess. I also contacted management to request repair initially I was informed that someone from Sapphire towers would handle the issue however I was later told that I would need to coordinate with South Padre trips to resolve the problem. Then, the bathroom toilet backed up in the master bedroom. I have never had so many issues in one unit in all my stays at Sapphire Towers. I am not happy and I will not be returning. Best Regards,

The pool and beach.
