Sapphire Policy ONLY during SPRING BREAK and HOLY WEEK: `At check in the concierge will ask for ID’s of all guests to confirm the renter and guests are a family living under the same household during their check in time. We will not allow check in if the renter does not meet these requirements. Family is considered only immediate (mother, father, daughter, son, and/or grandparents). Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews or nieces are NOT considered immediate family.`
NOTE: A DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF $350 WILL SHOW AS A HOLD ON YOUR CREDIT CARD (THIS IS NOT A CHARGE), THE HOLD WILL BE RELEASED WITHIN 7 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT.

-No Smoking of any kind, including vaping
-Do not leave children unattended on the balconies
-Primary guest must be at least 30 years old. A valid ID is required at check-in.
-A MAXIMUM of 8 guests permitted, as per Sapphire Policy. Children of any age will be counted as a guest.
-ONLY registered individuals will be granted access to the property.
-ONLY owners are permitted to have visitors.
-No pets allowed.
-No candles allowed in the condo.
Please note: Sapphire guests do not have access to the pool area at Margaritaville. The restaurant and indoor bar are open to the public.
You may purchase a resort access pass from Margaritaville if you would like access to their pool.
