Exceptional location. Could not have been better. Brilliant cafes and restaurants within 100m. Casino less than a 2 minute walk away. Nice and quiet house. Exellent facilities.

Everything about this delightful house impressed us.
The home had everything we needed and the location was perfect for us.
So many eating out options minutes from the front door.
We found the steep stairs a bit scary, but we expected this in an older home.

Conveniently and centrally located, accessible to public transportation, shops and restaurants.
Some roaches were noticed, the front door needs to be fixed, and windows facing the street could be double glazed to help with exterior noise. A rubber bathtub mat would have been ideal. Also, some basics like tea towels and scissors would have been nice to have handy.
