De locatie is perfect. Via de voetgangersbrug ben je zo bij Darling Harbour en je loopt ook zo het centrum in. Je kan ook gemakkelijk de ferry nemen van Pyrmont Bay naar Circular Quay. Het appartement is heel compleet en modern. Ontzettend fijn dat er een aparte slaapkamer is. Het grote raam aan de voorkant maakt het appartement licht en je kan ver weg kijken wat een vrij gevoel geeft. Er was hele fijne en snelle communicatie met de host. Ze hielp ons heel goed om binnen te komen toen bleek dat de sleutels niet in de lockbox zaten.

De kranen in de badkamer gaan erg moeizaam en zijn ook lastig weer volledig dicht te draaien. Soms blijft het wat lekken.

room was located on the 9 th floor it did not have air conditioning so it was a little stuffy in the room . i would of preferred air conditioning especially at night to sleep

Absolutely nothing, loved it 🌸

We liked the location of the apartment and the neighborhood, which is very quiet and pleasant. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and the new Sydney Fish Market is about a 15-minute walk away. The apartment is on the ninth floor, so there is a panoramic view from the living room. The instructions for entering the apartment were easy, communication with the host was also easy and fast. The apartment is small, suitable for 1-2 people. We knew this, there were three of us and for our short stay we were fine, but for a longer stay we would not book here, it is not comfortable.

The apartment did not meet us very clean, there was dust everywhere. The bathroom was clean, but it is old, needs a major renovation, the equipment is very old, including a very ancient dryer with a torn filter, which is practically unusable. There is a modern washing machine, but drying laundry is a problem. There are many hot and cold water taps that look strange, and their handles fall off easily. They don't close properly and water constantly drips from them into the bathtub, which can be heard in the rooms. The shower is small, low and weak, it is not movable, its jet is weak and insufficient. The biggest drawback of the place is that you can't open the windows and there is no real air conditioning. So the air in the apartment is constantly stagnant and in warm weather, like we had, the rooms are stuffy. There is a cooling device and a fan in the living room, which do not really cool or refresh the air. The bedroom is actually a room without windows, because the only window looks out onto the internal staircase of the building and does not open. The sofa bed in the living room has a reverse slope and is very uncomfortable. My overall score is 5 - Passable, because the price-quality ratio is good, so the apartment is a budget option for a short stay in Sydney for up to two unpretentious guests.
