Unfortunately, this property is not available to student groups, parties or weddings. Families and those over age 25 are welcome to book!

The driveway has a slight decline down towards the lake. You can park either at street level or continue down the driveway to park closer to the house. There is parking for 4-5 cars directly in front of the house. Additional parking for a boat trailer or for 3-4 more vehicles is available on a parking pad at the top of the driveway next to the road.

POOL HEATING POLICY
Pool heating is available by request only.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for pool heat activation. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not guaranteed and will incur an additional $50 fee.

The pool can be heated to a maximum temperature of 85°F.

During colder months (typically December–February), especially when temperatures drop below 50°F, the pool heater may not perform efficiently.

Pool heat is $100 per day and must be applied for the entire duration of your stay.

Please note: Pool heating is not available from Memorial Day Weekend through October 1st.

SEASONAL LAKE LEVEL NOTICE
Please note that Lake Hamilton undergoes an annual drawdown starting November 1st, with water levels gradually lowered throughout the winter. The refill process begins between March 1st and March 8th, and the lake is typically fully restored by March 15th each year. This property is located in a quiet cove, which means that during the drawdown, water levels in this area drop significantly—often resulting in no visible water near the shoreline.

Two hour early check is available for $50. Subject to availability.
