Baabe is a charming Baltic Sea resort on the Mönchgut Peninsula, nestled between the Baltic Sea—with its fine sandy beach—and the Bodden side, with the rolling meadows of the Greifswald Bodden. As soon as you pass through the gate to the Mönchgut Peninsula, the village welcomes you with its charming seaside architecture, which invites you to take a stroll along the beach promenade. From the “Selliner Hochufer” observation deck or right from the beach, you can enjoy a magnificent view across the vast expanse of the sea. In addition to the main beach, which entices visitors with its beach chairs and clear water, the surrounding area is ideal for long walks and bike rides. The well-developed network of bike paths makes it easy to explore the entire Mönchgut Peninsula—from Göhren through Lobbe to Thiessow. The nature reserves around the Mönchgraben and the Granitz forests are just a stone’s throw away. The vacation rental is centrally located yet quiet, just about 400 meters from the fine sandy beach at Baabe and the “Strandstraße” promenade with its restaurants and small shops. Supermarkets and the “Rasender Roland” train station are in the immediate vicinity.

This comfortable, approx. 70 m² 3-room non-smoking apartment with two additional balconies is ideal for up to 2 to 4 adults + 1 toddler up to 3 years old in a travel crib. A spacious stairwell with an elevator leads directly to the apartment on the 1st floor. From here, you enter the hallway, which opens into a bright and open-concept living/dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows. The entire apartment is decorated in a maritime style. The living area features a cozy atmosphere with a couch, an armchair, a floor lamp, a sideboard with a smart TV, and a DAB radio. Wi-Fi access rounds out the technological amenities. The adjacent, fully equipped kitchenette—featuring a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and all necessary kitchen utensils—along with a solid wood dining table, completes the space. From here, you can access your furnished balconies, which face west and north. From the north-facing balcony, you can enjoy a relaxing view of the greenery in the morning sun. Barbecuing on the balconies is permitted only with an electric grill. A parasol protects you from direct sunlight. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable box-spring bed (2.00 m x 2.00 m), bedside tables with lighting, a valet stand, and a wardrobe. The second bedroom also features a box-spring bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m), bedside tables with lighting, a valet stand, a closet, and a smart TV. Both bedrooms can be darkened. The modern, interior bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, a toilet, an illuminated mirror cabinet, a washing machine, a heated towel rack, a hair dryer, and a high-performance ventilation system. All rooms are fitted with insect screens. A vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, and cleaning supplies are located in the small storage room right inside your apartment. Underground parking space No. 09 (entry height 1.80 m) is located in the building’s basement, with access to the stairwell and elevator. Next to the parking space, you’ll have your own lockable storage room of approximately 6 square meters, which can also be used to charge e-bikes. Pets are not allowed. You can book an initial laundry package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 1 small hand towel) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own items. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time bonus.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
