Whether you’re traveling as a family, with friends, or as a couple, the 70 m² vacation apartment offers plenty of space. The nearby Baltic Sea provides ideal conditions for a relaxing beach and swimming vacation, while the charming neighboring towns of Sellin and Göhren are easily accessible via picturesque beach walks. Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Baabe Heath and explore the impressive Mönchgut hills on long walks. Whether you prefer a relaxing day at the beach or an active hiking vacation—all your wishes can come true here. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, a bike rental shop, and various stores that will enhance your stay.



Villa Salus Apartment 4 with 2 bathrooms, balcony & Sky:

You’ll stay in a 3-room vacation apartment of approx. 70 m² for up to 2 to 4 people. This non-smoking vacation apartment is located on the first floor of Villa Salus. The entryway features a coat rack, a full-length mirror, and a bench. From here, you’ll enter the living/dining area, which offers a bright and airy atmosphere thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. The cozy living area features a couch, a coffee table, an illuminated display cabinet, a TV stand with a Smart TV, and Sky programming, including series, blockbuster movies, and live sports. A DAB-CD radio with an USB port and Wi-Fi access round out the technological amenities. From here, you can step out onto your furnished balcony (facing west) with a patio umbrella. The adjacent kitchenette is equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a blender, a hand blender, and various kitchen utensils. A dining table completes the space. The first bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with nightstands, adjustable slatted frames, a full-length mirror, a closet, and a smart TV. From here, you have direct access to one of the two bathrooms, which is equipped with a shower (low-entry), a sink, a toilet, a heated towel rack, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, and a window. The second bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with nightstand shelves, adjustable slatted bases, a full-length mirror, a closet, and a desk. From here, you also have access to your west-facing balcony. Insect screens in both bedrooms ensure a restful night’s sleep. The second interior bathroom is accessible from the hallway and is also equipped with a shower (low-entry), a sink, a toilet, and a heated towel rack. Underfloor heating installed throughout the apartment ensures cozy warmth. You’ll appreciate the exterior roller shutters throughout the apartment. For our younger guests, a high chair and a travel crib (including an extra mattress) are available. Cleaning supplies and a clothes drying rack are also provided. Pets are not allowed. You can store your own or rented bicycles in the private storage room on the first floor. Here you can also use a washing machine, a dryer, an ironing board, and an iron. Your designated parking space (No. 04) is located directly behind the house. You can book an initial laundry package (complete set of bed linens, 1 shower towel, 2 small hand towels) for an additional fee up to 14 days before arrival, or supplement it with your own items. If you book 2 or more packages, you’ll receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat as a one-time addition.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
