This single-level villa features four oceanview bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a private infinity-edge pool, and seamless indoor-outdoor living designed for relaxed Costa Rica vacations. We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE - We're getting new neighbors! The PACIFICO development is growing and additional properties are being built in our area. We know construction can be a bother on vacation, so we have reduced our standard nightly rates by 10% to offset any inconvenience this may cause. Note that construction only happens during the day. If you're visiting Costa Rica to explore the amazing beaches, volcanoes , waterfalls, and rainforests you probably won't even notice to work! Pura Vida!
PACIFICO BEACH CLUB
The PACIFICO Beach Club is exclusive to PACIFICO guests and features ocean-view infinity pools, multiple lounge areas, beach access, and poolside food and beverage service.
The current admission fee is *₡20,000 CRC per person, per day, of which *₡13,200 CRC is credited toward food and beverage purchases** that day. The remaining balance is the admission fee. Children under 12 years old are admitted free of charge.
Payment is made *directly to the Beach Club by credit card only*. If using a foreign credit card, your card issuer will charge the applicable exchange rate and any foreign transaction fees.
The Beach Club provides complimentary pool towels, beach chairs, lounge areas, umbrellas, and shuttle service between the PACIFICO development and the Beach Club.
Private cabanas are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Advance reservations are not available for renters; guests may inquire directly with the Beach Club reception upon arrival.

PACIFICO SPORTS COMPLEX - Guests have access to tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court and soccer pitch. The facility is open to guests daily from 10am to 3pm. Guests can reserve one hour of time per day. The home has 4 pickleball paddles but additional equipment is NOT provided/available - guests MUST bring their own equipment.

We've stayed in quite a few home rentals in this area, and this house so far is our favorite. It is centrally located to everything you would want to do in and around Coco, well appointed with everything we needed for our stay, and the layout of the house and the spaces was ideal. Every room has door access to the pool, and a spectacular view of the ocean and landscape. Every room had it's own bathroom. We were travelling with teenagers and my father in law and this suited everyone. The teeangers loved the black out shades so they could sleep late. Plenty of extra blankets, pillows and beach towels. Every chair, indoors and outdoors, was so comfortable. We all loved that the pool had a large shallow platform where you could sit in the pool and read and stretch out your legs, or it would be great for little ones who don't swim yet but want to splash around. There were pool floats and a pump provided that we connected to the cigarette lighter in our vehicle to inflate the pool floats. Host company was very responsive on any questions we had during our stay. There was a pretty big miscommunication about an excursion we booked through them resulting in the completely wrong excursion being booked. We made the best of it, but I would just communicate with them on home related items, and recommend booking any excursions through Beard and Wild, whom we used last time with great success. But the home management side was great. This home had it all. 10/10 recommend.

Beautiful property with excellent views. Nice location. Host was very communicative and timely in responses. Even helped arrange transport for some of our group. We were lucky enough to watch howler monkeys most days from the pool. Just a heads up driveway is incredibly steep so keep that in mind. Kitchen is well stocked.

This place exceeded our expectations. Every detail has been carefully crafted, from a fully equipped kitchen to aromatic hand soap. The view, the aesthetic and the amenties are unmatched. We even entertained a family of 8 people and we weren't missing a thing. We forgot to bring a speaker, just to find one already there. This experience was the epitome of hospitality. I never leave reviews, but I felt absolutely compelled to write one for this place.
