Everything was perfect. The pool and view were unbelievable. We explored beaches and went on adventures in the mornings and loved returning to the house in the afternoon to spend the hottest part of the day in the pool. We ended up making quick dinners at the house most nights because we didn’t want to leave the luxury of the property. We would absolutely stay here again! It was also a huge convenience to be able to order groceries through the property management company before our arrival. We had our snacks and cold drinks already there when we checked in.

Great location - as others have said, the views alone are a reason to stay here. It's also very close to Coco and Hermosa beaches and easy to get around if you have a rental car.
The layout of the house works very well - basically two wings with two bedrooms on each wing - and a large, central, open area for the kitchen, dining room, and living room - which are all open to the central patio/pool area. The kitchen is huge with lots of storage space, dishes, pots/pans, etc.
In a previous review, someone mentioned the motorcycle noise of people driving by - this did not bother us at all. We couldn't hear a thing at night when we were in our bedrooms.
Zindis Group is the property management company that takes care of everything - they were very nice, helpful and easy to work with.
We used a separate service for pick-up at airport and a riverboat/authentic mountain lunch that we highly recommend: Dees Costa Rica Tours. Dee is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to get along with - he has lots of different trips/adventures available.
