About this house rental
The Villa is located in the exclusive Pacifico development close to the beach in Playa del Coco, just 30 minutes from the Liberia International Airport.
When you first enter this “Treasure House” you will immediately feel you are in a true luxury villa with beautiful ironwork, caña brava ceilings, extraordinary tile and granite finishes, with well appointed furnishing making Villa Tesora a magnificent paradise. Villa Tesora consists of over 6,000 square feet of air conditioned living space. As you enter the front double wood doors of the Villa, immediately to the right you enjoy the exquisite formal dining area, equipped with fine linens and all you would require for a fantastic dining experience along with a well equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a handy prep area. This home also features a cozy breakfast nook and various relaxing common areas.
The Villa features five full sized suites, each with its own bathroom facilities with double sinks, walk in closets, luxury linens and high end bedding. The fabulous spacious master bedroom suite includes a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, double sinks and imported tile. The second suite located on the main level has its own mini-refrigerator, walk in closet, luxury linens, and double doors leading out to the terrace. The third main floor suite has a separate locked outside entrance, providing a private oasis with an outstanding ocean view, also including a mini refrigerator, and luxury linens. The fourth suite is located on the lower level of the villa with a separate outside patio entrance, bathtub and walk in shower.
Beautiful sprawling grounds will lead you to the open air pavilion to enjoy early morning conversations and breathtaking sunsets. The fifth suite, located on the lower level just steps to the infinity pool and pavilion,
Indulge… relax on the sun drenched terrace; enjoy the sun deck on your chaise lounge as you overlook the sparkling azure blue infinity pool or enjoy your favorite beverage on one of the three swim up bar/pool stools while gazing out to the amazing view of the Pacific waters. The pictures posted online did not do the house justice. It is gorgeous and spacious. Great for big families. Private rooms for couples. The concierge Raquel was excellent, very responsive and attended to all our needs. The location is great in a secure and gated community with the beach, shopping, and restaurants only about a 4-5 minute drive away. The husband says this is the best scuba diving he's ever done and we are from California! The only downside was spotty wifi for the rooms outside of the main house and I probably would not recommend thia home for the elderly or disabled due to stairs, steps, and changes in floor levels, however, I would return in a heartbeat.

Wonderful giant house. Several separated rooms allowing our large family to split up and have our own space. Two rooms were outside down a stairs and had separate kitchenette. A third room also had a separate entrance just across from the main house. Main house had a master and a "kids room" with 3 beds. Plenty of bathrooms, plenty of A/C. Lots to do in the area. Jennifer was very helpful, gave us a tour of the house, set us up with rental cars, and two excursions and told us what to do before a tropical storm rolled in!

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was very clean.I was very happy with the location.I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:Our contact Jennifer did a great job right from the beginning. Within a couple emails we were all confirmed and had a shuttle lined up for all 10 of us. The location, Pacifico and the properties location in the development is fantastic. The backyard and deck/pool area are surrounded by mature trees offering excellent privacy except from our new friend Edwardo the friendly Iguana. We had a few problems with drainage while using multiple things simultaneously like the shower, washing machine and dishwasher. Jennifer was quick to react and sent plumbers to try and open the lines but after the second attempt we just decided the infrastructure there probably just couldnt handle it. She contacted the owner (without us asking) and offered us a very acceptable discount for the inconvenience. Overall the property is just about perfect for a large group offering enough room for 5 couples to spread out. It is in need of some updates like some minor appliance repairs, plumbing fixtures etc. a fresh coat of paint/stain but it didnt effect our experience. I would definitely recommend this property to others as well as Costa Rican Brokers who managed it.
