Welcome to this stylish, peaceful, and conveniently located 3-bedroom, 2-bath Charlottesville home! Easily get to the downtown mall (less than 2 miles), UVA and the hospital (3 miles), or to Rt. 29. Sunlit and cozy, recently furnished, with a great kitchen, blazing fast fiber internet, and a back deck, this house will be the perfect place to call home during your time in Charlottesville. Available for rentals of 30+ days.
Please note there is a separate basement apartment under the main house.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join you for an additional fee -- no cats please! Please note that pets are not allowed on the furniture and an additional cleaning fee will be assessed if we have to remove hair from the couches or beds. Thanks!

You will have access to the entire main floor of the house and outdoor spaces. There is a separate basement apartment underneath the main floor, but it is currently only used for storage.
I live close by and am available to help with anything you need, but I am always respectful of your privacy.
I love the Locust Grove neighborhood for many reasons. It`s in a fabulous central location in Charlottesville, close to downtown but also easy to get to the Rt. 29 corridor. I love the quiet residential streets. And this neighborhood is blessed with beautiful natural amenities surrounding it -- parks, walking trails, rivers and creeks are yours to explore!
Parking and driving is easy from the house. It`s less half a mile from a bus stop, so public transit is easy to reach as well. There`s lots of fun places to walk, and plenty of Ubers and Lyfts in town as well!
