Welcome to the cozy and convenient 2-bedroom unit in the main section of the home. Spacious kitchen and living room on the main level, two bedrooms upstairs. The furnished space is right in the heart of Charlottesville close to the Corner and Downtown Charlottesville. Located in the hip Fifeville neighborhood, it is a quick walk to UVA hospital and to some of the best restaurants and bars available in the area. The University of Virginia and Monticello are each just a short drive, and the home is convenient to the Monticello Wine Trail and Skyline Drive.
The stylish space features a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with an abundance of cabinetry, a refrigerator, a gas cooktop, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The "Urban Escape" is also equipped with a coffeemaker and a fully stocked kitchen. The space has a modern living and dining space with a sofa, a loveseat, a coffee table, and a smart flat-screen TV. High-speed internet is available and Youtube TV is available for live TV! The living has been stylishly furnished for a comfortable stay. A stackable washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a full bed and the second with a queen bed. Both have luxurious mattresses and memory foam pillows. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo. We provide all linens and towels.
The space is equipped with air conditioning for hot months. The space is also equipped with WIFI and a fenced yard. Parking for 1-2 vehicles (off-street parking).
The apartment is perfect for a getaway for up to 4-5 people. Located in a friendly diverse neighborhood with off-street parking. In addition to being close to downtown and the corner, you will be close to the newest" 5th Street Station" featuring Wegmans, Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, Planet Fitness, Dicks Sporting Goods, and Panera Breads.
