Thoughtfully styled with warm finishes and modern furnishings, this contemporary townhouse offers a calm stay just moments from Adelaide’s city centre. Positioned on a quiet street opposite parks and playgrounds, the home combines relaxed living with easy access to dining, entertainment, and local attractions.

Downstairs, the living area invites slow afternoons on the sofa with a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee, while large windows fill the space with natural light and leafy outlooks across the neighbouring parklands. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and all the essentials needed for easy meals at home. Share dinners around the six-seater dining table or step outside to the private courtyard, where generous bench seating and an umbrella create a peaceful setting for outdoor meals or evening drinks.

Upstairs, the bedrooms offer a quiet retreat after a day exploring Adelaide. The primary and second bedrooms each feature queen beds dressed in soft vintage wash linens and built-in wardrobes. The third bedroom includes a king single bunk bed beneath a skylight. Two bathrooms upstairs include an ensuite with a shower, while the main bathroom features both a bathtub and a separate shower. An additional toilet downstairs adds extra convenience.

Additional comforts include ducted heating and cooling, WiFi, a washer and a dryer. Off-street parking is available for one vehicle, with secure undercover parking via the rear laneway garage. Please note the garage entry involves a tight turn and is best suited to skilled drivers with small to medium-sized vehicles. Any damage caused to the property by vehicles will be repaired at the guest’s expense. Street parking is also available nearby.

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
