This home places you within a two-minute stroll to Henley Beach Road’s buzzing café strip, and only a ten-minute drive to the beach. With a neat brick façade and a charming front patio, the home opens into a bright, airy layout designed for comfort and functionality. Relax in the spacious living room, where two plush three-seater sofas offer the perfect spot to lounge, read, or catch up on your favourite show. Ducted air conditioning throughout ensures comfort in every season.

Whether you`re whipping up dinner or prepping a lazy breakfast, everything you need is right here; a fully equipped kitchen comes with gas cooking, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Gather around the six-seater dining table for shared meals or make use of the designated workspace if duty calls. Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
