Located in the heart of Lisbon’s historic Chiado/Baixa area, the apartment sits on Rua Vítor Cordon, a charming street filled with local cafés, shops, and traditional restaurants. You’ll be steps away from lively squares, cultural landmarks, and the picturesque streets of Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodré. The area is safe, walkable, and full of Lisbon’s authentic charm.
Getting Around:
Most of Lisbon’s main attractions are within walking distance. Public transport is also very convenient: the Baixa-Chiado metro station is just a short walk away, trams and buses stop nearby, and the Cais do Sodré train station (with connections to Cascais and the beach) is close by. Taxis and ride-shares are easy to find.
Other Things to Note:
1. Security Deposit , to be collected (2000 Euros) prior to check in.
2. Additional documentation for Guest may be required for Portugal authorities
3. Mid term Lease agreement may need to be signed for Portugal authorities
This is a mid-term rental only. No stays past 11 months in term, and no stays under 28 days will be entertained, no exceptions.
