Lock box, got the code, easy to access. Message from booking office was clear and timely. Property was easy to find.
Found a cockroach one day. But this is not typical in Portugal. I was in the north and found some there and also in Algarve. So I was not surprised but they are big. I did inform the booking office.

Sehr gute Lage, schöne Altbauwohnung
Bei Booking steht tägliche Reinigung. In den fünf Tagen unseres Aufenthalts fand keine Reinigung statt. Ist angeblich nicht vorgesehen. Es wurden lediglich 3 Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt und nie gewechselt. Müll stapelt sich oder ist selbst zu entsorgen. Eine schöne aber sehr geschäftsorientierte Unterkunft.

Ligging en de sfeer in het appartement. Geen standaard kamer! Heel mooi en voorzien van alle gemakken.

Sehr zentrale Lage, man kann fußläufig schnell an verschiedene Sehenswürdigkeiten gelangen und ist schnell an den Metro und Zugstationen. (Lage an einer viel befahrenen Strasse ist nachts leider sehr laut) Einfacher check in durch hinterlegte Schlüssel.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr schlecht. Wir hatten Kakerlaken im Zimmer und auf die Nachrichten und die Bitte um ein neues Zimmer wurde nie reagiert. Erst nachdem ich die Plattform gebeten habe, dem Vermieter mein Anliegen zu schildern kam nach 2 Tagen über Booking eine Rückmeldung.
