About this apartment rental
Thank you for your interest in my website... It’s your home away from home in the heart of La Condesa.
I’d be happy to help you plan your trip—I know the city well, including its historical and cultural sites, and I can give you recommendations for the best dining in Mexico City.
If, after a long walk through the city, you want to relax... you can head back to the loft and take a dip in the pool, or if you’d like to work out, we have a fully equipped gym with cardio and weight machines at your disposal.
Accommodations
I.-ABOUT THE LOFT:
The loft measures 56 m² and features a queen-size bed, a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen equipped with appliances, and a table that seats four people.
Amenities:
- Furniture
- Towels (bath, shower, hand, and face)
- Bedding (sheets, blankets, and comforters)
- Appliances (coffee maker, blender, toaster, juicer, microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator)
- Washer and dryer (Samsung) inside the loft.
- TV (80 channels)
- Wi-Fi (exclusive to the loft, with a download speed of 450 Mbps)
- Parking for one car inside the building; please let me know the license plate number in advance.

II.—ABOUT THE BUILDING:
- 24/7 doorman and security, 365 days a year.
- Well-equipped gym, with a cardio area (treadmills, stair climbers, and stationary bikes) and a weight and machine area.
- Lobby area with Wi-Fi.
- Heated, covered pool with restrooms, showers, and lockers. Features a steam room.
- Outdoor common area with a garden and benches.
- Business Center with computer equipment.
The apartment was built in 2014 and designed by Ezequiel Farca in a modern, avant-garde style.
Guest access
The pedestrian entrance and main entrance are located at 75 Zamora Street, between Juan Escutia Street, Juan de la Barreda, and Circuito José Vasconcelos.
Upon arrival, you’ll find the security booth; you’ll need to check in only the first time—on subsequent visits, security personnel will open the main gate for you simply by providing your name and apartment number.
You may use the common areas:
Pool and gym (5 a.m. – 11 p.m.). You’ll need to ask the security guard to open these facilities for you using the intercom located in the loft’s kitchen.
Business Center, lobby, and central courtyard with a garden and benches.
Other highlights
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m.
Check-out is before 11:00 a.m.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
Access to the apartment is via a digital lock, which is very easy to use and gives my guests flexibility regarding their arrival time.

Had an awesome first time visit to Mexico City and the accommodations were perfect for us. We really appreciated the central location, within walking distance to museums, beautiful parks and a variety of shops, bakeries and restaurants (even vegan!). We found the kitchen amenities (including good coffee!) and the washer/dryer particularly useful. I didn't see too many Mexico City rental reviews that raved about hot water/pressure so we were prepared and it was a non-issue. Helen was great at keeping the line of communication open - we were able to check-in well before the official check-in time and she went above and beyond to fix an issue we had upon arrival. The building seemed very safe and the front entrance/security staff were friendly and helpful. We did come fully prepared to use the pool and gym but sorry to say we were so worn out running to take in as much as we could it just didn't happen. What might be a 'potential' negative for some are the stairs down into the loft - they are slightly narrow/steep for having no railing (they are visible in the photos). If that's not an issue, we highly recommend the loft and Helen's hospitality
