At “Sonnenseite,” modern design meets North German coziness. Every corner is designed to make you feel right at home—with plenty of space to relax and spend time together. Your four-legged companion is also very welcome here.

The open, modern kitchen offers everything you need for shared meals: from an oven to a microwave to a coffee maker. At the cozy dining table, you’ll have plenty of space for leisurely breakfasts, game nights, or a glass of wine to round out the day.

In the spacious living area with a comfortable sofa nook, you can unwind., Whether it’s a movie night, a reading session, or a social gathering—this is the perfect spot. Direct access to the covered balcony offers you the most beautiful view of the greenery and lets in plenty of natural light.
