Nice apartment with great character due to high decorated ceilings, beautiful wooden floors, interesting building and sunny balcony.

Not a big problem for us but might impact others: very close to the train tracks and you can feel vibrations and hear the trains passing. But not during the night, either there are none or we were too tired 🙂 Some minor low-cost recommendations for the owners: - The kitchen sink does not have a syphon, and the smell from the drain is coming through it, it is an easy fix to do it. - Install a shelf in the shower, there is no place to put the shampoo / shower gel. - Check the cleaning: we found some waste behind the bin, bathroom mirror was greasy and the stairs and loft in the bedroom were very dusty.

The high beautiful ceilings and lovely architecture. We used the balcony that was in the sun most of the day. Looking at the trains was interesting. It was on the 1st floor so no problem with a suitcase.

The hot water tank was quite small. But once aware of this, we never run out of hot water again.
