Gute Lage, nettes Haus, alles vorhanden im Zimmer, neuwertige Ausstattung
Das Zimmer war so klein, dass man keinen Schritt gehen konnte, ohne nicht gegen irgendein Möbel zu stoßen. Keine Möglichkeit, das Fahrrad nachts safe unterzustellen.

Die Klimaanlage funktioniert nur bedingt. Es hat ständig getropft und wir musste Behälter zum Auffangen hinstellen, sonst wäre das Parkett def. beschädigt worden. Es war sehr laut, nachts fuhren ständig die Rettungswagen mit Sirene zum gegenüberliegenden Krankenhaus. Zudem war die große Kreuzung sehr befahren und die Straßenbahn sehr laut. Es war kein Kleiderschrank im Zimmer. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr klein und beim Duschen war das komplette Bad überflutet. Der Esstisch sehr klein, zum Essen eigentlich nicht zu gebrauchen.

Zimmer wie ein Studio. Gut eingerichtet.
Lage. Nicht mal eine Bäckerei in der Nähe für ein Frühstück. Kein Restaurant oder Bar in der Nähe für einen Schlummertrunk.
