Apartamento completo, ótima localização, com infraestrutura boa, piscina aquecida na cobertura, garagem livre e de fácil acesso. Recomendo bastante. Bem próximo da praia e do Hard Rock Café. A localização foi o ponto chave para mim, estava com frequência indo a Florianópolis , Bombinhas, Balneário Camboriú e Blumenau, então esse apartamento ficou bem centralizado entre essas cidades, além de meia praia ser uma delícia também.

A forma de contato via whatsapp deveria ser mais ágil, para obter uma resposta quase 02h depois; Para conversar com a empresa deveria ter um canal direto para tirar dúvidas a respeito do imóvel, como por exemplo, a entrada no apto, passar a mão na maçaneta ??? ou na fechadura ??? Outra situação do apto... Não ter sabonete, absurdo isso !!! Um rolo de papel higiênico somente !!! Uma tolha de rosto para DUAS pessoas !!! Um detergente de louça, qua estava acabando !!! Muita economia !!! E outras coisas mais... Não recomendo para outras pessoas !!! Hotéis ou Pousadas são melhores.... Inclusive se for pedido café da manhã não tem como solicitar...
