O apartamento é ótimo, equipado e bem amplo, o quartos são todos suítes de tamanhos ótimos, localização excelente, quadra mar. Fácil acesso perto de mercados e comércios. As 2 vagas de garagem foram o diferencial.
Acredito que para melhoria da acomodação, faltou um ar condicionado na sala ou disponibilizar um ventilador, no período da tarde fica abafado, e mesmo abrindo todas as janelas, bate bastante sol e calor. Disponibilizar mais roupas de cama também pela taxa que se paga por elas.
