So much to like:
1. The apartment was lovely, spacious, very clean, really comfortable beds, loved the roller blinds for ultimate privacy and security. The balconies were great for people watching.
2. Location was amazing. Its outside the normal tourist areas in a really nice family friendly area. My son is football daft so was ecstatic then we found an astro turfed sports centre just round the corner where he could go play football with the local kids.
Theres a huge supermarket nearby, and loads of local smaller markets, takeaways that open late. There was an amazing boulrangerie a short distance away with fresh bread available until late. Next door was a small shop selling the biggest, and tastiest, watermelons I've ever seen!
Theres a couple of different metro lines in easy walking distance.
We discovered, to our delight, an amazing flea market sets up round the corner at the weekends....its huge, with loads to browse.
3. Customer service from the property management was great. They provided loads of handy videos on their app on how to gain access to the apartment, how to dispose of rubbish etc. They also checked in once in a while to make sure we had everything we needed. Very friendly and quick to respond to any queries.
After hectic days in the mega busy touristy areas of Paris it was great to go back to a nice genuine neighbourhood with normal shops (with normal prices!) and normal people.
I can genuinely say there was nothing I didn't like about this apartment, location or customer service. It suited us very well.

The neighbourhood is very nice, the building is great and so is the apartment. It's overlooking a small park and it is quite spacious. It was great for our business trip. There are stores and restaurants near by.
The furniture is new, but a bit basic and not of the same quality as the apartment itself. No corkscrew or bottle opener, which was weird for a french apartment. The deposit you have to leave is quite high, but of course I got it back.
