Mooi appartement met aan 2 kanten een balkon (zon en schaduw). Personeel van de verhuurorganisatie is zeer behulpzaam. Briancon, met een mooie oud ommuurd stadsdeel, is centraal gelegen om alle Alpenpassen te rijden.
Aan de voorzijde is een nieuw appartementencomplex in aanbouw (nu bouwlawaai, straks uitzicht minder). Lakenpakket is niet standaard, is wel nodig. Belangrijkste bezwaar is de breedte van de garagebox in de kelder: met spiegels ingeklapt past de auto net door de deur, uitstappen is een kunstje.

Appartement très confortable pour 6 personnes : belle superficie, balcons agréables, décoration soignée et cuisine bien équipée. Proximité des domaines de Serre-Chevalier 5mn et de Montgenèvre 15mn.
L’architecture extérieure oblige à prendre deux ascenseurs pour sortir. Le box est bien mais inaccessible pour un Espace avec coffre de toit. Dommage aussi que le service Foncia ne soit pas joignable après 18h : nous n’avons pas pu être aidés pour un problème de code d’entrée ni pour un bruit suspect dans le placard d’eau chaude/chauffage.
