We had an incredible stay! The property had everything we could possibly need, and the beds were very comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the fireplace was perfect as we watched the snow fall outside. The place was spotless, and the hosts were absolutely wonderful. Nice apartment, very well equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 separate bedrooms. Everything we needed, and more, was there. Apartment was clean and fresh on arrival. Friendly owner who lives upstairs and always responds quickly, very helpful. Garden with terrace where the sun still shines at the end of the afternoon. An absolute must for those who want to stay in Briançon, despite the busy road on which the apartment is located. We were not bothered by it.

The host was great, information, communication all good. The apartment is one of the best we've stayed in. Great size, comfy beds and very well equipped. Represents excellend value for money. No lift ques when we were there, the Serre Chevlier ski area is one of the better resorts I've been to in 20 years for variety.

We were only there for a short ski trip but we warmly welcomed by Laurent and Nathalie even though we arrived late in the evening. The accomodation is immaculately presented and well catered for with every amenity needed for a much longer stay. I will definitely be booking this apartment in the future.

Laurent and Nathalie are amazing hosts. They welcomed us with a beautiful smile on their faces, showed us the whole apartment, provided us with a guide prepared by them with tips from locations, restaurants, markets, etc. The apartment is outstanding in every aspect, has everything you need to make your stay very pleasant. It was a great surprise, far above my expectations and way better than it looks in the site photos and description. We spent a week during Tour De France in this lovely flat in Briancon. The owners was very helpful with information both before and during the stay, and the flat was super nice and had everything we needed. The location is perfect mid between the old town and the reastaurants downtown, and for those not familier with the area, i really think the Serre Chevalier area is one of the most stunning places in the French Alps.

This is a very comfortable ground floor 3 bedroom apartment, which is warm, light and spacious. It is well appointed and has everything you need for a week long stay. A real home from home. We made good use of Netflix and Alexa! The apartment is quiet and conveniently situated between the old and new town (5 min walk), and convenient for the Prorel ski lift (8 min walk). Laurent speaks good English and made us feel very welcome and was very generous with his time. He was also quick to respond to all our correspondence throughout the booking stages. I highly recommend a visit.

Merci à Nathalie et Laurent pour leur accueil chaleureux. Ce gite est très agréable et bien aménagé. La literie est de qualité, les couettes chaudes et douillettes et de nombreux oreillers et polaires permettent de se blottir confortablement auprès du feu après une journée d’activité en plein air. Ce logement est idéalement situé à Briancon juste à côté de l’ancienne ville. Je recommande +++

L'appartamento si presenta come in foto, molto accogliente e fornito di tutto l'occorrente! Ci siamo subito trovati bene con i nostri Host, i quali si sono sempre dimostrate ottime persone, sempre disponibili, loro vivono all'ultimo piano, ed è stato facile chiedere qualche informazione! Le rifiniture interne sono tutte praticamente nuove, e ci è molto piaciuto la possibilità di utilizzare il camino, è stato bello poter mettersi sul divano davanti al fuoco dopo una bella giornata di sci. Ho dato 4 stelle per la posizione solo per la posizione dagli impianti che dista circa 8 minuti a piedi, per evitare di portare ogni giorno il materiale si possono lasciare gli sci ad uno ski rent che li custodisce e asciuga gli scarponi in prossimità dell'impianto. In prossimità della casa ci sono dei comodi parcheggi. Consiglio il soggiorno!

Nous avons apprécié la propreté, les lits faits en arrivant , le doux linge de maison , l accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, le volume du salon cuisine chauffés par une jolie cheminée , la suite parentale et sa salle de bain privative , les chambres pour les jeunes . On a même pu déjeuner dehors sur la jolie terrasse au soleil . Nous recommandons ce produit , même s’il n’est pas au pied des pistes . Nous avons passé un Très joli séjour .

Nathalie et Laurent sont des hôtes très agréables et très serviables. Merci encore pour votre accueil 😊 Leur logement était nickel et très bien équipé (sel, poivre, sucre, thé, café, pastilles lave vaisselle, dosettes lessive, essuie toit,....bref de quoi démarrer le séjour sans souci). Tout un tas de petits plus aussi : beaucoup de vaisselle, du bois pour la cheminée, les lits faits à l'arrivée. Le logement est situé en haut de la grande avenue qui aboutit au petit centre du village (5 bonnes minutes à pied).
