The location of the property is perfect -- the beach and restaurants are well within walking distance. The view was exceptional as was the glass-enclosed deck which so effectively blocked the wind that one could imagine it was spring on a sunny mid-January day. The kitchen is well-equipped and all furniture (bed as well as seating) is very comfortable. The unit is very pet-friendly with toys, leashes and beds readily accessible. Communications with the host are excellent.
I was mildly disappointed by a few items: There was no dresser to unpack into, there were limited instructions for operating the television left me without a way to watch an important football game (the hosts weren't able to help when I texted for assistance), though the unit's interior is in good shape, the building's exterior needs some attention and the hot water heater isn't sufficient to fill the jacuzzi (especially when there's only one body in it).
