About this house rental
This Beach Front Condo #202 is located on the second floor. Sit back and listen to the ocean roar. 1 bedroom with queen bed, living area with new very comfortable sofa sleeper (replaced 12/1/2023) Flat screen TV and DVD player, full kitchen and a full newly remodeled bathroom. Very close to downtown activities, restaurants, shops and grocery. NO smoking and Small dogs okay with an additional fee. No smoking on balconies. There is a wood burning fireplace for presto logs only (not provided)

Condo needs a few fixes. Batteries in remote/clocks. Toilet paper holder, but we enjoyed the area and condo was exactly where we wanted it to be

Had a nice relaxing week here. Very similar floorplan to a timeshare I used to own in Ocean Shores, so it felt familiar and comfortable. It was nicely provisioned with extra disposables (TP, paper towels, dishwasher pods) and plenty of towels, pots and pans, silverware, etc.
The inside of the unit was clean and had been refreshed with recent paint, some of the flooring, and fixtures in the bathroom. The balcony was nice with a high-top table and stools, and a chaise. The outside of the building shows the typical Ocean Shores mildew/moss problems but can't blame the unit owner for that.
Will definitely keep this unit on the list for future visits.

Comfortable bed and furniture, very clean. Only salt so bring every thing you need for cooking. Walk to beach located on adjacent property, long walk through brush then long walk on pavement to road leading to beach. Be prepared.

Loved our time here, clean and comfy unit with everything we needed, kitchen well equipped and loved being able to eat on the deck and enjoy the fresh air and sunset. Thank you!
