El trato, instalaciones.
Que no tengan estacionamiento propio para estacionarse uno mismo, le dieron un rayón a mi camioneta.

La atención súper bien y las instalaciones bien
Se mete mucho el ruido de afuera a las habitaciones con la música del hotel y tuvimos problemas con agua caliente, son cosas que se pueden mejorar.

El lugar es muy bonito y cómodo, las amenidades excelentes y la limpieza perfecta.
El personal no es amable y empatico, tenían la música a todo volumen como si fuera una fiesta y no había nadie en el hotel, y queríamos descansar. Pedimos que bajaran el volumen y no nos hicieron caso.
