We definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Teotihuacán. Nice hotel, great tri

The hotel is brand new, with modern amenities and a fantastic location right in the city center, close to restaurants, shops, and the beautiful main square. There is a lovely terrace overlooking the pyramids where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, relax in the sun, or even get some work done if needed. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. The only issue we experienced was with the water pressure in the shower and toilet. We also couldn’t get hot water in the shower. We’re not sure if this was a problem with the hotel itself or with the city’s water supply system. The staff is very attentive and helpful. Even though no one speaks English, they use a translator right away, and we had no problems communicating. They are excellent at providing assistance, arranging services, and offering excursions such as hot air balloon rides. We booked a hot air balloon flight through them and were more than satisfied. We definitely recommend staying at this hotel if you are visiting Teotihuacán. Nice hotel, great trip – definitely worth a visit!

This newly renovated hotel has promise, but still needs to add the details.

Staff were very helpful and the hotel was very clean. Coffee always available. Lots of toiletries in bathroom. Liked hard surface flooring. Beds were comfortable.

The floor in the shower didn’t let the water flow into the drain. No toiletry shelf in shower. No clothes hooks in bathroom. No lights on side tables. Overhead lights too bright. No luggage racks.

Las instalaciones son excelente, todo se ve en excelente estado, las camas son cómodas, el baño limpio y moderno, pantalla inteligente, la terraza es super linda desde Ahi puedes disfruta por las mañanas la subida de los globos y la hermosa pirámide del sol. Muy acogedor, además Au personal es súper atento y amable.

La ubicación es excelente, el hotel es muy bonito, el personal es muy servicial y amable.

El único inconveniente es que en una de las habitaciones, el baño no contaba con puerta de madera, lo que impidió la privacidad en el uso de la regadera y el excusado.

Er zitten een paar vreemde details in de indeling/het ontwerp. Het is vrij gehorig en je hoort schuiven van tafels/stoelen op de verdieping boven je.
