    The hotel was ok. There’s some difficulty with elevator access if you have big/heavy luggage. But everything else is ok. Easy check in and check out.

    I am glad to have booked this hotel for our first time in Korea. The location of hotel was good. It was close to the subway and bus stations, convenience stores and restaurants. It was only me and my husband so the room size was good for us. We love how cold the airconditioning was considering we visited in the summer. The room and bathroom also was quite clean however when I have asked for room service, you may need to be specific on what you need such as clean sheets, new towels, new slippers etc. The only thing maybe is that you could hear the noise from the next room if they were loud. Since we were close to the subway, we could also hear the sound of the subway passing through. Although it was tolerable especially when you are tired after a long day of walking, the noise will not wake you. And there was a karaoke bar next to the hotel which I think leads downstairs. It was not a nuisance the time of our stay but there were smokers in front of the hotel which I did not appreciate as our hotel room door was located outside so when we open the door of the room, I could smell the smoke. And the karaoke could slightly be heard but still tolerable. Aside from that, the whole stay was great and we did enjoy spending time in the hotel room. If you are looking for an affordable and comfortable stay, I would recommend this place :)

    I had a mixed experience during my recent stay. On the positive side, the room was very clean, and I appreciated the complimentary refreshments provided at the lobby. However, there are a few important things future guests should know before booking: Accessibility: This property is not suitable for seniors, people with disabilities (PWDs), or those traveling with heavy and large luggage. The elevator does not provide direct access to every floor; you will have to climb 9 steps up or down to reach your room regardless of which floor you are on. Service: Housekeeping is not automatic. You must remember to inform the front desk every day to request a room clean-up. Additionally, there is no 24/7 concierge staff, so there were times when the front desk was unattended, which made it difficult to get assistance when needed. Overall, it’s a tidy place, but the lack of full accessibility and the limited staff availability are significant factors to consider depending on your travel needs.
