Surprises There is a $1000 damage deposit that is required or a $49 non refundable deposit if you don't want to give them the $1000 to hold. The problem with this is that I wasn't told this up front before I made my non-refundable reservation so I was left paying $49 more. There can also be an issue with parking that you aren't told about until after you book. It says free parking but if it's full you can park on the street across the street but if that's not available which it wasn't you can pay to park next door. Fortunately I was on a bike and they had bike parking with 2 to 3 bikes per space. Unfortunately I saw a couple of bikes didn't get into the bike parking area and ended up with we'll tow you warnings across their windshields. Rude and unnecessary. So while they say free up front the reality is it might not be I also had an issue with cleanliness. Surface cleaning looked good. But the tile floors need a good scrubbing around the baseboards and in the corners.

Well my kids loved the heated pool and I love the hot tub! Also the access to the beach was right there as well
