This is truly one of the most beautiful efficiency condominiums in Daytona Beach. The view from this top (8th) floor, direct oceanfront unit is spectacular!
The condominium complex adjoins an Oceanfront Park with Covered Picnic Tables, Cook-out Facilities and Children's Play Area.
Harbour Beach Resort underwent a multi-million dollar restoration which was completed in 2025. In addition to the cosmetic improvements, the complex replaced all of the balconies, railings, glass sliding doors, windows and air conditioners.
Unit 804 installed New Hardwood Flooring, High Gloss White Wainscot Paneling, Chair Rail Molding, New Leather Love Seat and Chair,

Very nice clean tidy room room. Was perfect for 4 adaults n 2 kids. Very nice view. We really liked that it was s Atlantic away from craziness. It was very calm.

Host is on the ball and a pleasure to work with. Very organized, accessable, and prompt with answering questions or responding to communications.Highly recommend renting any of the properties he has.

Absolutely a fantastic deal and a wonderful stay. The host provided extremely detailed information there was no reason to ever contact them. Place was gorgeous and very clean with amazing views and access to the beach and nearby restaurants and entertainment was also a plus. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful location. Truly enjoyed watching the sun rise over the ocean while sipping coffee on the patio. The pool was sparkling clean. Easy walk to the Daytona Beach Pier.
