This is one of "The Best Little Condos In Daytona". Unit 614 is the larger of the 1 bedroom units at Harbour Beach and features spectacular Direct Ocean Views from both the bedroom, and living room! This NE corner corner unit allows a panoramic North, East and South view from the balcony.
The condominium complex adjoins an Oceanfront Park with Covered Picnic Tables, Cook-out Facilities and Children's Play Area.
Harbour Beach Resort underwent a multi-million dollar restoration which was completed in 2025. In addition to the cosmetic improvements, the complex replaced all of the balconies, railings, glass sliding doors, windows and air conditioners. Unit 614 was also recently restored. William was an amazing host. He answered questions during the booking process very quickly. The check in process was thoroughly detailed and easy to follow. If you love an ocean view, this unit is for you. I would not hesitate to book a stay at any of William's properties based on this visit. Thank you William for an amazing property and being a 5 star host!!!

Bill was excellent to work with. My wife has some physical disabilities and he worked with us to make our stay incredible. The view from the balcony is fantastic and the pool area is clean with plenty of chairs and umbrellas if needed. We would definitely ise this unit again and have already recommended to others.
