Bedarra Island House 360

Wow, all I can say is "wow"! Melissa, the host, as well as her on-site manager Heidi, were quite simply some of the best hosts I've ever enjoyed working with from Booking.com or AirBnB or VBO. Despite some setbacks on my side, namely a cancelled flight from Japan to Australia, Melissa and Heidi were sympathetic of our plight, and stayed in constant communication with me throughout our flight cancellation ordeal. Really just incredibly awesome communication by Melissa and Heidi from start to finish. I can't recommend the property any higher!

Well, if there was only one thing that proved slightly difficult, and not the fault of at Bedarra Island 360 staff, is the location of the property. Being on an island, my family and I were subject to the "whims" of the ocean itself - The surf in the region proved to be too strong for the boat that we had reserved for taking us out onto Bedarra Island. So we had to change our plans, and again, this is where the owner Melissa really shined. Her constant communication with us was so appreciated! My family and I hadn't ever been to Australia, so this was all new to us. She guided us accordingly, changing our schedules due to the high surf warnings perfectly. The ocean.... is the ocean. So this fact cannot change for the property.
