The location right on Doorila beach was perfect, as were the postcard views from the main living area.

Amazing property! Amazing location! The house was really well equipped with everything we needed. Very special indeed. Loved the different dwellings on the property. Outdoor bath, footpaths and shower were lovely touches.
Without aircon at night, it was hot if a breeze wasn't blowing. But totally understand that the property is remote and runs on renewables. It wasn't something we didn't like as such.

The whole experience of arriving at the beautiful island and the whole stay was magnificent! We had beach to ourselves, at the front door, most of the days, giving quite an exemptional experience. We loved the slow-paced days. Peter is an amazing host, very accommodating, always quick to respond. The transfer from Cairns was very well organized! We decided to use Paradise Limousines services with Warren and were transferred from Mission beach by boat with John. The island care takers, Warwick and Andrea, very welcoming, always helpful. I definitely recommend this experience!
