2 Chambres face à la mer En terrasse La Naturelle

The West terrace facing the sea was our favourite place to be. We could access it from the main bedroom and from the living room, and the views were mesmerising. We loved spending time on it, and on a very hot day a kind lady in the terrace across from us called over and showed us how to lower the awning (being from England we had never operated one before). It was the only thing not mentioned in the comprehensive guide the owners had put together - I assume because French visitors already know how to use them! The location is a 15 minute walk into town, and felt natural and wild - we loved watching the rabbits hop around in the evenings and the stunning sunsets. In the day you can see the white cliffs of Dover on the horizon. We had lunch in town each day and spent the evenings on the terrace. There is a second terrace facing inland which was nice when the West facing one was too hot. The whole development felt safe and was well designed. Beds were very comfortable and it was lovely and quiet at night so we all slept well. The shower was good, the kitchen was small but well equipped (with a great coffee machine), and the WiFi worked well. Also there were no add-ons like cleaning fee, charges for sheets or parking, which was a refreshing change and much appreciated as I really hate extra charges. Contact with the owners was very polite and good, they were on hand to help with anything but everything worked smoothly and we had no issues.
