- a dining room: round table for 8 guests
- a living room: sleeper sofa, nesting coffee tables, armchair, 120-cm flat-screen TV, bar, and bar stools, tastefully decorated…
- a 10m² office: workspace, sofa bed (18cm Simmons mattress), coffee table
Upstairs:
- a large 12m² bedroom: queen-size bed (160×200, Epéda mattress installed in 2020), flat-screen TV, armchair, nightstands, and iPhone chargers connected to the bedside lamps
- a small bedroom (6 m²): 2 single beds (80×200, Epéda mattresses installed in 2020), closet
- a 4 m² bathroom: shower, sink, mirror, wall-mounted electric heater, washing machine, dryer, storage space

The residence offers secure access—exclusively for owners and tenants—to:
- a tennis court
- a pétanque court (9 metal balls and jackets available)
- a children’s play area
- a large open playground (ball and Swedish skittles available)
- a putting green
- a bike shelter
Given its prime location on the estate, the house is only about 20 meters from virtually all of these amenities.

Weekly rentals only during all school breaks and from Saturday to Saturday (check-in between 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM, check-out between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM)
Weekly and weekend rentals during all other periods.

To ensure a safe stay, a thorough cleaning is performed between each rental using disinfectant products (door and drawer handles, furniture and chair surfaces, remote controls, etc.)

Maximum occupancy: 8 people.
Bedding and towels are not provided (available as a paid option upon request).
No smoking inside the house.
Pets are no longer allowed.
